Responsibilities
- Prepare and update production schedules with manufacturing leadership.
- Maintain work-order and work-in-progress records.
- Coordinate purchasing, supplier quotations and purchase orders.
- Track material availability against the production plan.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels and replenishment requirements.
- Maintain material identification, batch traceability and shelf-life records.
- Coordinate incoming receipts and material issue.
- Track supplier delivery dates and escalate shortages.
- Maintain supplier documentation and purchase records.
- Coordinate outsourced processing and laboratory-service orders.
- Prepare production-progress and supply-chain reports.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch and shipment documentation.
- Track customer delivery commitments.
- Support stock reconciliation and inventory accuracy.
Essential qualifications
- Degree, diploma or relevant experience in manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, industrial engineering or operations.
- Experience in industrial purchasing, production coordination or inventory management.
- Strong spreadsheet and record-management skills.
- Understanding of purchase orders, work orders and supplier delivery performance.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and communicate clearly.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with technical materials, manufacturing ERP systems or composite feedstocks.
