FAQ
Questions, answered
Short, factual answers about applying to DANTA.
01How do I apply?
Open the vacancy you are interested in, select Apply now, and complete the application form for that position. Each vacancy has its own form. You do not need to create an account.
02Which documents are required?
A current CV or résumé is required for every vacancy, as a PDF or DOCX file. Some vacancies also ask for a technical portfolio or other supporting evidence; this is stated on the vacancy page and in the form. A cover letter is optional unless the vacancy says otherwise.
03Do you accept speculative applications?
Applications are accepted only for published vacancies. If there is no suitable vacancy, you can register through the talent community, with your consent, so DANTA can contact you about future opportunities.
04How do technical interviews work?
Where a vacancy includes a technical evaluation, it is designed around the work of that role — for example discussing a problem you have solved, or working through a relevant exercise. The recruitment team will explain the format in advance.
05Where are positions located?
DANTA is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The location and working arrangement for each position are stated on its vacancy page.
06How will I hear about my application?
When your application is submitted successfully you will see a confirmation page with an application reference. Further updates come from the DANTA recruitment team using the contact details you provide. Keep your reference so you can quote it.
07How is my personal information handled?
Your information is used to assess your application and is accessible only to authorised DANTA personnel involved in recruitment. The candidate privacy notice explains what is collected, why, how long it is kept, and how to request access, correction or deletion.
08Is my application assessed automatically?
Applications are checked against the criteria configured for the vacancy to organise the review, and reviewers can see exactly why an application received its classification. That classification is not a hiring decision. Decisions are made by authorised people.
09How do I report a suspected recruitment scam?
If you receive a message claiming to be from DANTA that you cannot verify, do not send money, documents or personal details. Check it against the recruitment safety guidance in the privacy notice and report it using the contact route published there.
