How we hire
A clear path from application to decision
Five stages. The detail of each depends on the role, and the recruitment team will tell you what to expect before each one.
Stage 1: Application
Candidates apply for an approved vacancy through this site. Each vacancy has its own form, with questions specific to the role. You will receive an application reference when your submission is confirmed.
Stage 2: Initial review
The recruitment team reviews eligibility, experience and the evidence you submitted. Applications are checked against the criteria published for the vacancy. This check organises the review — it does not make the decision. People do.
Stage 3: Technical evaluation
Candidates may undertake a technical assessment appropriate to the role. Its purpose is to see how you approach a real problem, not to test trivia.
Stage 4: Interview
The hiring team evaluates the skills relevant to the role and whether the role suits you. Interviewers record structured feedback against defined competencies.
Stage 5: Decision
DANTA records its hiring decision and communicates the next steps. Final decisions are always made by authorised people, never by an automated score.
Not every role includes every stage, and timing varies with the role and the number of applications. If your circumstances change or you wish to withdraw, tell the recruitment team and quote your application reference.
Principles
How applications are assessed
Evidence over impressions
Applications are reviewed against the criteria published for the vacancy. Interview feedback is recorded against defined competencies.
People decide
Screening organises the review and shows its reasoning. It never rejects an application on its own, and final decisions are made by authorised people.
Only what is needed
We ask for information relevant to the role. We do not ask for a photograph, religion, caste or marital status.
Ready when you are.
Start with the vacancy that matches your experience. If nothing fits today, the talent community keeps you in view.
